Our team of green coffee buyers maintains direct relationships with farms, cooperatives, and auction houses around the world. We attend events like the Cup of Excellence, Best of Panama, and private lot auctions. When we identify something extraordinary, we secure a small allocation before it hits the open market.
Every bag is roasted to order within 48 hours of shipping. We never pre-roast or warehouse coffee. Your beans arrive at peak freshness, typically within 3–5 days of roasting, so you get the full spectrum of flavor the coffee has to offer.
